Experience
Originally working as an inventory clerk at TM Heating & Cooling, my main duties involved picking, packing, and loading inventory into trucks to fulfill minimum quantity thresholds. I also received inbound purchase orders and distributed stock within the warehouse. Upon my promotion to Inventory Manager, I networked with vendors to find the best deals and increased our profit margins for many of our best selling products. I also updated our min/max quantity thresholds for our warehouse and trucks according to our needs to ensure the company was always equipped with the parts it needed without having stock sitting on our shelves for longer than needed.

Upon relocation of our warehouse in 2017, I lead the restructuring of our layout to improve picking proficiency. This included setting up the racks, sourcing bins and labels, and setting up sections in a logical order to allow HVAC technicians to find the parts they needed.
This reduced the average time for contracts and installations by 20%.
Sourced several of our products from different vendors with better pricing, as well as negotiating better deals with existing vendors to increase our profit margins.
Led the implementation and data transfer of our legacy ERP system (Koble) to Acumatica for our growing company needs.
