Implementation Specialist

Experience

The first ERP system I learned was Eagle Business Management Suite (now known as Koble) when working as an inventory manager. As the business grew, we transitioned to Acumatica, where I transferred our data & became familiar with the software and helped my coworkers acclimate.

My next job specialized in ERP software, where I lead the WMS implementations & lite integrations for DDI System’s software (now known as Advantive). As the project lead, I managed over 30+ full life cycle implementations from introduction to post go-live support. I also took over as the lead implementation specialist during my tenure for tax & payment services such as: Taxjar, BillTrust, ACH, and Avalara.
